Video Availability

As you've probably noticed, video is now available for uploading and viewing by our registered members. This service is still in beta while we iron out any issues encountered with uploads and encoding. Like I said in an earlier post, if you have any problems with video, please send me a message, specifically with the file type ( as much detail as you can provide would be helpful, such as the audio and video encoding of the original if you know it), the link on Buzznet that refers to the broken video, and any other info that could be helpful in troubleshooting the issue.

	thedeepdark: 01/29/2006 9:19 PM Still having problems. This time I uploaded a 4,271kb, 15 frame/sec , 186 kbs data rate, 24 bit video sample file, with a Indeo Video 5 video compression. What ends up happening is I get sound, but no video. This has also been the case when I used mpeg4 v1 & 2. Hope that helps. Oh, and please consider making the default for the embedded player auto play setting to be to off. That will allow pages to load before the video.
